Her music video for Madonna's song "Ray of Light" won a Grammy for Best Music Video, Short Form and a record 5 awards at the 1998 MTV Video Music Awards, including Video of the Year. In 2008 he won another Grammy, this time the award for "Best Music Video" for another work by Madonna - director of the DVD "The Confessions Tour". In 2014, he won this Grammy again, this time for "Live Kisses", a concert film by Paul McCartney. Jonas Åkerlund, David Mallet and Bob Smeaton are the only directors to have won the award twice, sharing the record for the most wins in this category.
