Simon Trpcheski, OMM, is a Macedonian classical pianist. The youngest of three children, the father is a judge and the mother is a pharmacist. In 2002, he majored in music at Ss Cyril and Methodius Universities in Skopje, Macedonia, where he studied with Professor Boris Romanov. He then made his solo debut at Wigmore Hall in London in 2001 and won awards in international competitions in the UK, Czech Republic and Italy. Trpčeski was selected to participate in BBC Radio 3's two-year New Generation Artist program in 2001, which brought his profile to more audiences. Since 2005 he has made a series of rapid debuts with orchestras around the world - including the New York Philharmonic, San Francisco Symphony, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Singapore Symphony Orchestra, Hong Kong Philharmonic, and Toronto Symphony - and has toured solo in the United States, Europe and Asia.
