Ameera bint Aidan bin Nayef Al-Taweel Al-Otaibi is an Arab philanthropist and former princess. Born in a smaller, non-royal branch of the Saud dynasty, Ameera married his distant cousin Prince Al Waleed bin Talal Al Saud, and assumed the role of vice president of the Al- Foundation. Waleed bin Talal. Al-Taweel is a board member of Silatech and is now married to UAE billionaire Khalifa bin Butti al Muhairi as second wife. She has advocated for women's rights in Saudi Arabia.

Known for being a Saudi Arabian princess as a member of the House of Saud and philanthropist. She has served as the vice chair and head of the executive committee for the humanitarian Alwaleed bin Talal Foundation, as well as chairwoman for Time Entertainment.
She met her ex-husband, Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, while a senior in high school. She graduated from the University of New Haven magnum cum laude with a degree in business administration.
In 2012, she was named the #4 on the annual CEO Middle East list of Most Powerful Arab Women. That same year, she was bestowed the Woman Personality of the Year Award from the Middle East Excellence Award Institute.
Her father is Aidan bin Nayef Al-Taweel Al-Otaibi, who is a member of the House of Saud.
