Robert East is an American professional vintage car racer. He raced for USAC, ARCA and NASCAR. During his career in the next two installments, East was a member of Ford's Driver Development Program.

He became the youngest driver in USAC history, at 16 years and 6 months, to win a feature race when he took first at the USAC National Midget event at the Illiana Motor Speedway in 2001.
He was named the 2004 USAC Driver-of-the-Year.
His father Bob East built his midget racing car as a child.
He made his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut at the 2005 Lucas Oil 150, which was won by Todd Bodine.
