During his seven-year NFL career, he was a linebacker for the Team New York Giants and the Team Carolina Panthers. He was a member of the 2000 Giants team that fell in Super Bowl XXXV to the Team Baltimore Ravens. During his professional career, he made over 380 tackles.
He spent three years at Pennsylvania State University. He was named to the All-Big Ten First Team and was voted the Citrus Bowl Most Valuable Player and a Consensus All-American during his time there.
He won the 1999 Alamo Bowl with a 24-0 shutout over School Texas A&M University as a senior in college.
McKeesport, Pennsylvania is his hometown.
At Penn State, he was a teammate of Football Player Lavar Arrington.
