Carlos Arnoldo Salcido Flores is a former Mexican professional football player and executive director. Salcido started his career as a left-back, then moved on to defensive midfield and ended his career as a center-back. He's an Olympic gold medalist. After emerging in the Guadalajara youth system, he became the mainstay of PSV Eindhoven, acting as the vice captain of the Dutch squad and the first Mexican player to win the Eredivise.
