Dallas Holm is a Christian music singer and songwriter whose music ministry spans nearly four decades. The 1977 album "Live", with the band Praise, featured "Rise Again". The group includes Dallas Holm for acoustic and vocal guitar, Tim and Ladonna Johnson for keyboard and vocals, and Randy Adams for bass. Dallas Holm's influence is greatest in contemporary Christian music. Although he had a number of hit singles in CCM, he is best known for his beloved inspirational song "Rise Again" about Christ's resurrection. During his stint in the gospel music field, Holm has performed many styles of music including contemporary adult, country, blues, reggae and pop / rock. Holm remains active as the director of the Department of Praise and a member of the Christian Motorcycle Riders Association. He lives in Lindale, Texas when he isn't touring.
