Elena Hight is an American Olympic snowboarder. In May 2012, while training with the U.S. snowboard team in Mammoth, California, Hight became the first woman to land a double backside alley-oop rodeo in a halfpipe. On January 26, 2013, at Winter X Games XVII, Hight became the first snowboarder to land a double backside alley-oop rodeo during a halfpipe competition.

About Elena Hight
Snowboarder who represented the United States at the 2006 and 2010 Winter Olympics. She also medaled at the 2007 and 2011-2013 Winter X Games.
She grew up surfing in Hawaii and quickly adapted those skills to snowboarding when she moved to Lake Tahoe, California. She went pro at 13.
In her first year as a professional, she became the first female to land a 900 in competition. She was on the cover of Oxygen Magazine in February 2014.
She was born to Mike and Myra Hight and has three siblings.
She and Kelly Clark both snowboarded for the US at the 2010 Winter Olympics.
