Gérard Paul Francis Houllier OBE is a French football coach and player. Clubs he has led include Paris Saint-Germain, Lens and Liverpool, where he won the FA Cup, Coupe de la Ligue, FA Charity Shield, UEFA Cup and UEFA Super Cup in 2001. Then he took the lead. before announcing his resignation. on May 25, 2007. He became manager of Aston Villa in September 2010. He also coached the France team from 1992 to 1993. He assisted Aimé Jacquet during the 1998 FIFA World Cup, a is part of the Technical Committee of UEFA and FIFA in 2002 and Final of the FIFA World Cup 2006, and technical director of the French Football Federation during the 2010 final. From July 2012 until his death, Houllier was the head of world football for Red Bull.
