Wide receiver who was picked by the Houston Texans in the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He was drafted out of Arizona State University, where he was a Biletnikoff Award semifinalist and a John Jefferson Outstanding Receiver Award winner.
Before Fame
He attended West Catholic Preparatory High School, where also played ran track, in his hometown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Achievement
His vertical jump at the NFL Combine, measuring at 42 inches, was the fourth highest among wide receivers over the previous ten years.
Family Life
His father John Rankin, a college basketball player at Drexel, passed away from leukemia in 2003.
