James Edward Burrows, sometimes known as Jim Burrows, is an American television director who has been working in television since the 1970s. Burrows has directed more than 50 television pilots and co-creators. the TV series Cheers. He also founded 3 Sisters Entertainment, a joint venture with NBC known for Will & Grace as well as CBS Productions' Caroline in the City show. In 2016, Burrows made the 1,000th episode on NBC's Crowded.
