Jordan Poyer is an American football free safety for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2013 NFL Draft and played college football for Oregon State University. Poyer was named a consensus All-American and has also played for the Cleveland Browns. After signing with the Bills, Poyer has emerged as one of their starting safeties. While a senior in high school, he was selected by the Florida Marlins in the 2009 Major League Baseball Draft.
