Naomi Van As
Naomi van As is a Dutch hockey player who plays as a striker / midfielder for Dutch club MHC Laren. She made her debut for the Dutch national team on June 20, 2003 against South Africa. She was part of the Dutch team that became world champions at the 2006 Women's World Cup of Hockey, also the 2007 Champions Cup winner. Her family lives in South Africa 2008 Naomi van As becomes gold medalist Olympic with his national team at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, scoring his first goal in a 2-0 victory over China. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she was once again a member of the Dutch team that won the gold medal.
