Edmund Blunden
Edmund Charles Blunden, CBE, MC is an English poet, author and critic. Like his friend Siegfried Sassoon, he wrote about his World War I experiences in poetry and literature. For most of his career, Blunden was also an English critic and one of the academic publications in Tokyo and later in Hong Kong. He ended his career as a professor of poetry at the University of Oxford. He has been nominated six times for the Nobel Prize in Literature.
