Roman Ildonzo Gabriel Jr is a former American football player. He played professionally in the National Football Federation in midfield and was considered by many to be one of the best players in that position in the late 1960s and early 1970s. He was the second overall pick in the draft of the NFL in 1962 and played for the Los Angeles Rams for 11 seasons, followed by five for the Philadelphia Eagles. He is known to be the first Filipino American quarterback in the NFL.
