Reginald Joseph Mitchell CBE, FRAeS, fue un diseñador de aviones británico que trabajó para la compañía de aviación de Southampton Supermarine de 1920 a 1936. Es más recordado por diseñar hidroaviones de carreras como el Supermarine S.6B y el Supermarine Spitfire.
