Georgi Ivanov Partsalev is a Bulgarian theater and film actor best known for his roles in comedies. Born in Levski, Pleven Province in 1925, Partsalev graduated from high school in Pleven and studied medicine at the University of Sofia. In 1956, he was employed in the satire theater in Sofia. His first film role was in 1958 with Lyubimets 13. Concerning the diversity and satirical concerts of the 50s and 60s, he gradually became a legend of Bulgarian comedy with appearances.
