Kenneth Howard Norton Jr is an American football coach and former National Rugby League player and defense coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks. He was previously the defense coordinator for Oakland Raiders. Norton played college football for the University of California Los Angeles and received the All-American title. He was included in the second round of the NFL Draft in 1988 and played thirteen seasons for the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers of the NFL. He is also the only player in NFL history to win a Super Bowl ring for three consecutive years.
