Ivonka Survilla or Surviłła is the President of the Rada of the Belarusian Democratic Republic, the Belarusian government in exile.

About Ivonka Survilla
President of the Belarusian National Republic (BNR), the Belarusian government in exile, and the first woman president of the Rada. She notably was the original signer of the Prague Declaration on European Conscience and Communism.
She ran a Belarusian language radio station in Madrid, Spain.
She is a painter whose work has been featured in more than 30 exhibitions.
Her father, Uladzimier Shymaniets, was an engineer.
She and philosopher Roland Barthes both attended Sorbonne in Paris.
