Michael Lowry is an Irish independent politician who has served as Teachta Dála since 1987 and currently works for the constituency of Tipperary. He was Minister of Transport, Energy and Communications from 1994 to 1996 and Chairman of the Parliamentary Party Fine Gael from 1993 to 1994.
