Nolan Kay Bushnell is an American businessman and electrical engineer. He founded Atari, Inc. and Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time theater chain. Bushnell was inducted into the Video Game Hall of Fame and the Consumer Electronics Association Hall of Fame, received a BAFTA scholarship and a "Creator of the Year" award from National Restaurant News and was named one of Newsweek's "50 Men Change America". “Bushnell has founded more than twenty companies and is one of the founders of the video game industry. He is a member of the board of directors of Anti-Aging Games. In 2012, he founded an educational software company called Brainrush, which uses video game technology in educational software. Nolan is credited with Bushnell's Law, an aphorism that games "easy to learn and hard to master" are rewarding.
