Vince Martell
Vince Martell é mais conhecido como o guitarrista principal do Vanilla Fudge. Martell nasceu no Bronx, filho de pais guitarristas e o encorajou a tocar também. Ainda adolescente, Martell ingressou na Marinha, onde descobriu seu talento como guitarrista. Em 1963, Martell e sua família se mudaram para a Flórida e logo se juntaram a uma banda chamada Ricky T & The Satans Three se apresentando em clubes de blues de Miami e lojas de camarão em Key West. Em 1966, ele fundou o grupo The Pigeons com o organista Mark Stein, o baixista Tim Bogert e o baterista Joe Brennan. Depois que Brennan foi substituído por Carmine Appice e um contrato de gravação forçou a banda a mudar seus nomes, a banda se tornou Vanilla Fudge. Depois que o Vanilla Fudge se desfez em 1970, Martell continuou a se apresentar até que o Vanilla Fudge se reunisse com outro álbum em 1984, chamado Mystery.
