Christian Dominique Borle is an American actor in theater, television and cinema. He won the Tony Award twice for his roles as Black Stache in Peter and the Starcatcher and William Shakespeare in Something Rotten !. Borle was born as Emmett in Learies Blonde on Broadway, played Tom Levitt in the NBC musical drama Smash, and played Marvin in the 2016 Broadway revival Falsettos

He married Sutton Foster, his co-star in Thoroughly Modern Millie, in 2006; the pair divorced in 2010.
