William Drew Darby, known as Drew Darby, is a Republican member of the House of Texas from his hometown of San Angelo, Texas. He represents District 72, which includes the West Texas counties of Coke, Concho, Glasscock, Howard, Irion, Reagan, Runnels, Sterling and Tom Green. During the Texas Legislative Session in 2017, Darby served as Chairman of the House Energy Resources Committee and Chairman of the State and Federal Government Selection and Accountability Committee. He also sits on the Method and Vehicle and Redistricting committees. During the Texas Legislative Session in 2015, Darby chaired the House Energy Resources Committee and served on the Tracks and Vehicles Committee. During the Texas legislative session in 2013, Darby served as chairman of the House Redistribution Committee and served on the Expropriation and Higher Education committees.
