Lex Land is an American jazz singer, songwriter and singer from Los Angeles, currently residing in Austin, Texas. She competes in the second season of NBC's The Voice singing competition. Land is also ahead of three other projects: Moorhaunter, One Big Dark Room and The Kremer Land Swing Band. Intelligent Noise Records released their first two albums, Orange Days on Lemon Street in 2008 and Were My Sweetheart to Go ... in 2011. Both albums feature songs featured in the TV shows. In 2009, she starred as the last studio guest for NBC's Last Call With Carson Daly. She performed twice live on Los Angeles KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic: once in 2009 and again in 2011.
