Nasser Hejazi, nicknamed "Iran's legendary goalkeeper", is an Iranian footballer and coach who has played for Esteghlal Tehran FC, among others. Considered the best goalkeeper in the history of Iranian and Asian football, he made 62 caps for the Iranian national team. In 2000, the Asian Football Federation ranked him as the second best Asian goalkeeper of the 20th century. He was the goalkeeper for the Iranian national team in the 1960s and 1970s and won the AFC Asian Cup twice. Asian Games, competing simultaneously in the 1972 Munich Olympics and the 1976 Montreal Olympics and the 1978 FIFA World Cup. As a manager, he won the championship.
