Ephraïm Inoni is a Cameroonian politician who was Prime Minister of Cameroon from 2004 to 2009. He was a long-time aide of President Paul Biya and is a member of the ruling Cameroon People's Democratic Movement. He was appointed to the position of Prime Minister by Biya on December 8, 2004 and was sworn in that day.

About Ephraim Inoni
President of Cameroon from 2004 to 2009. He was arrested in 2012 in connection with the Albatross affair wherein several state and corporate officials are alleged to have swindled over FCFA 15 billion intended for the purchase of a presidential aircraft in 2003.
He was Treasurer of the Cameroonian Embassy to the United States.
He served as both the Secretary of State for Finances and the Deputy Secretary General.
He married and had four children.
He was born in the same country as musician Manu Dibango.
