In 2007 he worked in the office for about 3-4 months cutting the newspaper because Mani said he was too shy. After that he finally started recording songs, his first song being "Love.gutless". In 2008, he suffered his first hydrothorax attack, which kept him from working for most of 2008 until he made the movie Love is Elsewhere. However, the problem returned at the end of 2008, his condition deteriorated and he was hospitalized. He had to stop all jobs, including filming the Prince & Princess 2 drama in Taiwan. He was then released from the hospital. He is currently promoting the movie Happiness Forever.
