Dami Im is an Australian Korean-born singer and songwriter who plays a variety of musical instruments. Im is known to have achieved the highest Eurovision score in Australia. I immigrated from Korea to Australia with my family when I was 9 years old. She won the fifth season of The X Factor Australia and then received a recording contract with Sony Music Australia. In 2020, she left Sony Music and signed with ABC Music and is directed by Ken Outch of the Maven agency. After winning The X Factor, Im released her first single and was the winner of “Alive,” which reached number one on the ARIA Singles Chart. Followed by the release of her second studio album of the same name, which topped the ARIA album charts and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Australia. Im became the first Australian competitor to X Factor after a number one single with a number one album on the ARIA charts.
